Payment Plans

These payment schedules were set up with both your and our cashflow in mind. However, if you need to work out a different payment schedule with us, we will be happy to discuss that with you.

How it works

When you request website services from Effective Websites, we will discuss your needs, agree on a plan of action, and then give you a project cost estimate. This estimate will not include any services you require that are billed on a monthly basis, such as website hosting or maintenance.

Your upfront payment will be based on this estimate. Any adjustment to the project cost, which may result from changes you request during the project, will be reflected in the "balance due" after project completion.

For projects completed within one month, you will be billed according to the chart below.
For projects that stretch beyond 30 days, monthly payments will begin two months after the project start date.

For example, if we completed a project for you between January 7 and January 15, your monthly payments would be due starting February 15 (one month after the project was completed). If we completed a project for you between January 7 and March 12, your monthly payments would be due starting March 7 (two months after the project started).

Services with a monthly charge will appear as a separate line item on the same bill. These services require advance payment. (In other words, you will pay for the month of service before you get it.)

Note: You will get a 5% discount on the total project cost if you pay your balance in full when the first monthly payment is due. This does not apply to projects of less than $1000.
